Having experienced other Supreme Court rulings in the past (1996, 2012, 2025), Congressman Stockman has waited with a cool head for the Supreme Court decision, as did Congressman Al Green. Congressman Stockman is the only Republican to have represented Congressional District CD #9 and 75% of the new CD #9.

A Fierce Declaration: Reclaiming Our Nation's Promise

My mandate in Congress was simple: safeguard our fundamental Constitutional rights and our freedoms. I immediately began work to protect the rights to reduce crime, safeguard gun ownership, protect life, ensure homeland security, and secure our freedom from burdensome taxation.

The head of the FBI has firmly attested that a rogue element within the Bureau is engaged in political warfare against conservatives and Christians. I know firsthand the chilling truth of what the FBI director describes.

In historic and unprecedented political persecution, as a sitting Congressman, I became the target of venomous pursuit by President Obama and his extremist henchmen. Radical government lawyers spent millions of taxpayer dollars, four years, and convened four grand juries to execute their hatred.

The case against me is singular in the history of our Republic; no such prosecution has ever been attempted. Our radical foes even collaborated to place me on a watch list reserved for international terrorists.

They targeted me because I stood unwavering with my constituents, defending Life, Liberty, and our sacred Constitution. I exposed deep corruption and fought against the nefarious agendas of Obama and Clinton.

They sought to force me into submission and silence my voice. But when knocked down, I always get back up. The destructive tactics perfected against me were subsequently unleashed upon Donald Trump, setting our nation down a dark path of collective punishment against those perceived as enemies by the leftist Democrats.

Millions of dollars were squandered on the pursuit of political opponents while foregoing critical investigations to stop the flow of fentanyl, indict the J5 RNC and DNC bomber, or protect victims of heinous crimes like pedophilia. Under Democrat governance, the guilty are often left free to roam, and the victims are abandoned.

Leading legal scholars have rightly condemned the politicization of governmental lawfare as a complete abandonment of our Constitution and the enduring principles of our Founding Fathers.

The Left's aim is to silence anyone opposing their radical, Marxist agenda. That means you and I are hated by them precisely because we stand against their destructive schemes.

I was clearly a leading roadblock to their agenda. I will never shirk my solemn duty to freedom and this great nation. Their attack on me inadvertently exposed their own profound corruption.

God’s grace saw me through the ordeal, for He is my shield and strength.

To allow the corrupt system to silence me permanently would be a betrayal of my fundamental obligation.

I am therefore unreservedly declaring my candidacy re-election to the United States Congress.

They call me a rebel. If defending the Constitution and the personal liberty of every American citizen makes me a rebel — then I am a Rebel - with a Cause.
